Step 1: Go to the control panel and find the hardware and sound.

Step 2: Here click on the Bluetooth devices.

Step 3: Now find the device having connectivity problems and Remove the device.

Step 4: Here check the box next to “My device is ready to be found” and click Next.

Step 5: At this point, if you will find your Bluetooth device, you need to select and click Next.

After this you can follow the on-screen instructions and your problem will be solved.

3. Fix The Outdated Bluetooth Devices:

Steps 1: Go to the start menu and type “System Restore”.

Step 2:  Now click on the System Restore setting to start the service.

Step 3: After this, you will see all the time points when your computer has saved the system restore point settings.

Here you can choose any time when your system was working fine and click “Next”.

Step 4: This will open a new window and click “Finish”. That’s it now you will have a system setting of the time when things were right.

6. Check If Your PC Has Miracast

Step 1: Press Windows+R simultaneously on your PC, it will open the run command.

Step 2: Now type dxdiag and hit enter. This will open the DirectXDiagnostic Tool on your PC.

Step 3: After this, a new window will open here click on “Save All Information” 

Step 4: Now a new window should open here click on Save as and save this file to a location.

Step 5: Go to the location where you saved the file and open it. Now press ctrl+F simultaneously and open the find dialog box.

Step 6: In this dialog box type “Miracast” (without quote) and hit enter. Keep hitting enter until you find “Miracast: Available”.
